Forgot / Reset Password

We give our users 4 attempts to sign into the web system. After 4 multiple failed login attempts, your account will be locked. The process to unlock your account will be the same as forget and reset your password.

To unlock, click on Forgot Your Password, enter your registered email address, and click on Send Reset Link. Open your mailbox, and click on the reset link sent, and enter your new password details. Click on Save Changes
